Praise Lloyds Tsb

Hi all

Recently i sent some money by faster payment to a family memebr. All went through ok and i didnt notice anything odd. On checking online banking a week later, i noticed that 2 payments had been sent to said family memeber instead on the 1. Rang up lloyds tsb, explained the situation and they said that the money will be returned to my account within 24 hours. (it was in within 5 mins and while i was still on the phone to them). They also gave me £25.00 for the inconvience and £10.00 towards the cost of the call as i had been on the phone to them for almost 45 mins. I told them that neither payment was necessary but they insisted.

Just thought i would give praise where its due.
