Looks more like a spoof than a scam, but I think it's for real. Whether it's legal is another matter (don't you need a licence to sell pooches?), but it's certainly distasteful.Je suis Charlie.0

Terms & Conditions
The buyer must agree to never sell the puppy to a puppy shop, broker or puppy farm. The puppy must be kept current on all vaccinations and routine checkups.
Although we have never had a complaint, we must legally inform you that we do not guarantee the size or weight of any puppies sold on our website, as it is impossible to determine the exact size or weight of a puppy fully grown. Estimate weights and sizes of puppies advertised on our website are given to us by the breeders.
We are not responsible for any veterinarian bills under any circumstances once the puppy is out of our care and with their new owner.
Payment in full of puppy constitutes a valid purchase agreement.
1 Year Health Guarantee
Our 1 year health guarantee covers any life threatening congenital defects. If your puppy is affected by any congenital defects the buyer must contact us within 4 days so we can replace your puppy with a new one of the same value. You must provide us with paper work from two veterinarians stating your puppy has a congenital defect. In case of death an autopsy maybe required. Our health guarantee only covers genetic health problems and does not cover Hypoclycemia, Coccidia, if the puppy dies “accidental” or “harmed“.
If you are purchasing a puppy from outside the UK, the buyer must agree to have their puppy examined by a licensed vet within 72 hours of delivery date.
This health guarantee is not valid if the puppy/dog is sold to a third party.

Just looks like a semi-decent branding job for a middle man/breeder/multiple breeders/puppy farm etc.0
