Ive sent all the relevant details off to the FOS, so just have to wait and see what they say. I guess thats all we can do now.
Our insurance is up for renewal in Oct, and I can safely say I will not be re-newing it with The AA.

i've not seen a policy without it - the problem is in the application by the underwriter, something you're unlikely to know about until claims stage.0 -
