Free offroad day

Went today for the event in Bagshot - both hubby and I got places and they were kind enough to change my timeslot so that we could go in the same group rather than hanging around waiting for each other. I couldn't find my driving licence but I could still do all of the activities except the on-road, when I went as my husband's passenger (with the 'instructor' in the back).

None of the people are Jeep employees so there really is no hard sell although there is plenty of information available and the instructors for the off-road activity are brilliant and confidence-inspiring. There were brochures to take home and Sunday papers to read while we drank our coffee and ate our cookies!!! There was even a 'green' gift at the end of the session (to reduce the carbon footprint made by all that hefty fuel consumption?!)

Highly recommended couple of hours - thanks again to the OP!

For those people asking about taking extra guests - I would phone the number that Jeep give you in your email before you go and see what they say - they were more than helpful.

boglin, my DS & DH went to Bagshot today & had an absolute whale of a time. DS at 19 was especially thrilled to be hammering through door deep puddles! AND he beat his Dad at the agility bit.

They were both well impressed & I'm deffo No. 1 Mum now for getting such a brilliant freebie!
