Strange how they are notifying people from March even when the comp is still running!

Successful applicants will be notified by email from March 2007 and will be offered a Jeep Trial at locations and dates to be determined by the Promoter. The Jeep Trial Confirmation page must be completed by successful applicants by no later than 12th July 2007.

Obviously it's a promotion so I would expect some "sales" element, so I'd be interested in how much time you get off/road and on and how much hard sell there is.

This would be really useful for those of us going later on in the year.

I think this sounds good too and I don't want to be "bah humbug" but I think it would be wise for everyone to keep their expectations realistic.

At the end of the day this is about trying to sell you a Jeep.
I would expect there to be some hard sell, perhaps a presentation, plenty of questions about your current car etc. and perhaps some "offers you can't refuse".

I'm not trying to say this is all a load of rubbish, in fact I'm looking forward to it.
However I think people should be realistic about what they are attending here.

Would be great if some of the people that go early could let us know.

As I say not trying to do it down, just better if people are prepared and have realistic expectations.

I rang them yesterday to find out the ins & outs!! (They give you a phone number in your confirmation email)
He advised that its - 1 hour off road & 1 hour on road......then....wait for it.........some time to fill in a questionaire!!!
Of course its a promotion for Jeep/Cherokee, but hey! great fun & a free day out at the same time!

I entered late last night and had a congratulation email this afternoon... I'm going to go on July 1st and I'll happily report back on how the day works...

I entered twice (for me & oh) late last night too and got my confirmation this morning, he never got anything so decided i'd enter again with different email and after a few hours wait constantly checking emails he got a place so we're well chuffed, we are off to bagshot on 1st July as well! booked in for 16.00hrs so maybe we'll see you there!.

I entered my hubbys name on Wednesday and on Thursday, yesterday, he got an email to say he had been successful and had to pick a date. :j
