I was given half of my bank charges back after they admitted not sending bank statements out to me, with the charges on, so i didn't realise I was overdrawn (they dont send letters anymore apparently). They refunded half a s a 'goodwill' gesture over \ period of 2 months but by then I was up to my neck in it and overdrawing again which took months to dig myself out of, to the tune of another £400 + in charges.
Can i still claim those charges (minus what theygave me back obviously)?
