Travel expenses for ESA Work Related Interview?

I looked for this information online but I could not find it. I also did a search on here but I didn't find an answer either.

Can you claim travel expenses for attending an ESA work related interview, I think that is what is was called? If so, what form do you require, where do you get it from, who do you send it to and how long have you got to send it after the interview has taken place?

  • Hi

You can definitely claim travel expenses.

I have been to 2 of these and on both occasions I was given my expenses out of petty cash at the end of the meeting.

Standard process I think is to supply your travel ticket to your advisor when you meet them.. and they'll refund travel there and then for that day's travel completing the paperwork themselves.

The interview was at the end of May. Is there a form which can be filled in because although the advisor mentioned travel expenses they never reimbursed the travel as of yet?
