Power NI Price Cut October 2012

Great news. Can't help thinking that by February, bill will be forced to rise by £160 due to global energy price rises or some other carp dreamt up by PowerNI. Cynical I know, but after years of dealing with these people I can't help myself!0

Apparently the repairs/replacement of the dodgey link to Scotland is going to be blamed for the next rise.0
-
Budget mention Powerni's price reduction on their site and are now reviewing their own price and an announcement will be coming shortly. :j0

I'm truly astonished. They must have been losing customers by the bucketload.0

I still am amazed that Budget Energy only has 2% of the population. I really think they should advertise (have not seen any advertisements that I can recall). Airtricity has 14% which I suppose shows the culture of apathy in NI.Regards, Robin.2011 MFW # 34
Mortgage starting balance at Sept 09 - £127,224 on 30 year term. Currently balance approx £116,945 (Updated Jan '12)

I'm sure there's more than a few who think that Airtricity and Budget's electricity isn't as good quality as PowerNI's.0 -

If Budget would just sort out their billing system and make it a heck of a lot easier to understand (i.e. just bill for what you use per month, like Airtricity), I'm sure they'd attract a few additional customers. No idea why they have to make it so complicated.0 -
