Been buying a fair amount of bits and pieces off Chain Reaction Cycles over the past month or so, all deliveries turning up quickly and a couple of returns processed quickly without cost.
The other day I placed an order, it dispatched the following day, I got a dispatch note in the afternoon, evening browse of the site revealed the two items I have ordered had been reduced by 30% since I ordered.
Pinged them a mail asking if there was anything they could do, after all don't ask, don't get.
18hrs later, got an email advising I would have a gift voucher issued for the difference - EXCELLENT service, the parts turned up yesterday, the voucher turned up today.
Really can't praise them enough, for me they are as good as Amazon and that's saying something...based on my experience with them.
