Vodafone @ Home moved to Plusnet

Does anyone know how we can make a complaint to the now defunct Vodafone @ Home? They transferred our account to Plusnet and did so incorrectly, adding payable services that we never had - Plusnet blame V@H but calling Vodafone only gets you mobile phone advice. Is it too late? We had no choice in the move, and stupidly thought things would remain as they were

Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???

Hi missminx,
Sorry to hear that, if you could post a ticket ID from your Plusnet account (and ideally one from your v@h account as well, if you have one) I'd be happy to take a look into things and see what we can do for you? I'm really sorry about the trouble you've had.
Regards,
Matt Taylor

Hi there,
Thanks for that, and sorry I've been so long in coming back to you.
The items in question I can see have been invoiced, however they've also been discounted each month so you haven't actually been charged for them - you should also have received an email recently advising that the discount would be extended for another 6 months?
I'm sorry for the distress caused and would recommend that you log in to the link on the ticket and request removal of these if they're not required, they should be removed within 2 working days.
Hope that helps explain, and I'm sorry for the way the ticket was dealt with - I've fed back to our support team management regarding that for you.
Regards,
Matt Taylor
