This thread just got funny :P
Taking a seller to court over a 99p pair of shoes (The £7 P+P doesn't come into the equation)? And on such a flimsy basis XDWe have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0 -

Yes, I think they both missed the obvious sarcasm; suing for 'loss of a bargain'.

However, I've charged that because I have no idea how much, ultimately, they will cost to post and I've said in my listings that I will refund any difference between the actual cost and the £7 charged.
Trainers are heavier to post, and at least you sound a decent seller, by saying your refund the difference, sometimes it is trial and error with posting, xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -

As the seller in question would have the OP's details from when they won the shoes the first time, this probably isn't a good idea.
Using a new or different account to bypass a bidding restriction is in breech of ebay policy and if the seller notices this and reports the OP, they may find their ebay accounts suspended.0
