Hi just a bt of adivice needed really. we bought a samsung lcd tv on 11/08/2012 and while takig it out the box my partner dropped it and the screen smashed.
we bought the 3 year customer care extended waranty when we bought the TV. we rang up and our tv was picked up and sent to be looked at. we received letter saying it was accidental damage and to contact Extra Care Cover which we did. we hve since been passed pillar to post and no one want to give us a stright answer in whats going to happen to the tv. we have been told its up to the insurer and thats as far as we have got. we have been forced to keep ringing up as everytime we get someone will ring you back by the end of the day and no one does.
we just want to have an answer but no one wnt to help.

Where was it from? Extra Care is Comet's extended warrantySquirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
