NPower trying to change payments - beware!
Despite a credit of £70, NPower tried to change monthly payments for gas/electricity from £55 p/m for both to £104 p/m for both!!
When calling to query this increase, they had no idea why it was done & sheepishly changed the payments back & sending a letter of confirmation.

Suggest in future, you remind them of their requirement to be compliant with Standard Licence Condition (SLC) 27.15 which states it must be on accurate data.
Use the supplier .PDF's in this link to Ofgem's site.

£70 credit for end of summer is low which is probably why they want to up your payment.
£55pm for both is lower than average as well and you have to factor in price increases to come.0 -

This is a coming towards the end of the contract, mine is up in Nov, so a credit i think is good considering we saw the whole winter through!
There was no mention of price increases, if they do so in my contract term, will move onto another supplier. Also, £55 maybe low, but that's what we have been on for years, so am happy with it to continue.
