unable to sell flat

Options
Hi everyone its my first time on a forum i am here as i have a problem selling my flat and have run out of ideas how to try to resolve my problem which is this,
my property is in a block of flats wich is above a comercial property so everytime someone trys to buy the flat the sale falls through at the survey stage because mortgage lenders have tightned there lending and wont lend to properties like mine. my problem worsens as i cant sublet my flat as i only own 50% and a housing association owns the other 50% i also have a three month old baby and it is only a one bed flat so things are starting to get a bit desperate! has anyone got any ideas out there? thanks

Many people bring up a baby in a one bed flat.
  • If u can't move, I'm afraid that u have to have a session of radical decluttering. It can be done. I had a baby in a fairly small one bed flat til he was 18 months old. Give away clothes as he/she grows out of them, get rid of as much of your clutter as u can (?ebay it). U'll be surprised how much u can do. Get someone to help you if you're too busy looking after baby to do it on your own.
