I actually got speaking the parking guy, was actually a decent chap, just said he was retired and was an extra income. Did tell him lots about the invoices and he said he knew this, but couldnt afford to loose his job etc.

Are you certain that Staples are allowed to restrict the car park to their customers only? I am thinking of the attempts by Aldi at Portslade to cheat locals out of using their car park for general shopping in the smaller shops in the high street, which was clearly set out as a requirement of the planning consent when Aldi built the store.

Not only were they fined by the Council but they also tried AGAIN a few months ago, putting signs up saying 'Aldi customers only'. They had to tear the signs down again pretty sharpish when a member here (SodG24 or ManxRed?) tipped off the Council.

    :D
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
