Credit card not showing on my credit report

Hello, i used to have a Natwest Student credit card up until last year, i then received notification that they were revoking the card. The card then disappeared off my online banking and i was unable to make payments towards it, a direct debit goes out of my current account each month making a payment towards it but on checking my credit report there is no sign of the card?!

Have you checked all 3 agencies? Equifax, Experian and Callcredit/Noddle?
Lenders can report to all or just 1 of the above.0 -
Check the other 2 CRAs.0

Ok so it is on equifax and it's showing that i've not missed payments but it doesn't say that the account is closed which is confusing!0
