Units and cupboards etc now all a bit scruffy and bashed had kitchen 20+years since house was built. I am thinking of starting a small scale home based catering business using the 'new' kitchen.Has anyone 'upgraded' their own kitchen to use in this way? I can get info from the local council about what is needed, just wondering if anyone had done it?

there are certain regs for this esp on worktops etc
also you have be careful as to where you source your kitchen as many dont guarantee for business uses, i know most the nationals dont.
might just be best to get all your info then get a hardwearing kitchen for personal use if there is to many loop holes0
