    Thank u! No I didn't receive an credits as I dropped out when I got pregnant with my daughter! I guess il just have to dig deep with the course admissions and see what's my best option x

    I would contact the Open University and ask how many credits they would allow you to transfer from your previous study. Although you will have to pay some course fees, these can be paid in instalments and you can stay on benefits while you study.

    Just read your last post. You must surely have some credits to transfer over if you went into the second year.

    No what happened was I started a course then changed but that went on to the second year then I had to do it again, so really iv done the 1st year 3 times and never passed! Silly me!!!

    So would I be entitled to the same benefits? If so I can borrow money for tuition fees from parents to go along with the maintenance grant student finance said I can get! x
