Yes - which would mean you are entitled to a 'remedy' after acceptance. Which could include repair or replacement.0 -
If you can determine whether it is the annex at fault or the tent itself, you can then suggest a swap-out of the faulty part for a new part.
That way, you get a fully-functional tent and the dealer doesn't end-up with another faulty tent to erect and fix.Never Knowingly Understood.
