    It really has been very helpful looking at this site.I have had so many sleepless night's with this on my mind,I have found it such a relife knowing so many other people are in the same boat as me.
    The next big step is trying to find a charity to help with the cost to go bankrupt..lovely knowing you all

    My Mortgage has refused my offer of payment and now going via Assisted Sales anyone had any experience, as not sure what option to take i.e let them appoint Estate Agents & Solicitors or appoint my own, has anyone been through this just need to know the best option.

    Someone tell me what dh, dd and so on are abbreviations for??

    Driving me nuts! lol

    Not seen it anywhere but this site.
    Debts incurred through illness and homelessness, starting a degree in September, going bankrupt in November and having a well deserved fresh start in January 2009! Bring on the new year! Interested in thrifty living, and if its green all the better for it! xxx
