Can't decide which to go for with Scottish Power. I'm a current customer with them

Current annual spend is £638 on a capped for free rate that is due to end at the end of this month

I've been offered Fixed November 2014 £692.56 (compared to last years spend)

or

Fixed November 2013 £614.84

Quite a bug difference!!! Hubby thinks the 2014 is better in case prices go up but I'm a bit reluctant.

Ideas?
I love a bargain and saving money! I don't have any debts and mortgage repaid in 2020
