Best place to download a Tenancy agreement from?

Any recommendations?

From Landlordzone I linked to this site but would like some views on them.

If it makes a difference that I'm in Wales as Shelter has it's own site for Wales?

Thank you.

I assume you are a landlord?

Best source is your landlord's association.

    More here.

Where are you getting your other documentation? Why not use the same source?

Downloads from Landlordzone which are freebies.

I have to pay for the TA and recognise that this is the most important document so want to make sure it's the right choice.

We were going to use a letting agent but we have been approached by a few people personally, who have seen us sorting out the house, if they can rent from us and friends who are also landlords (they all currently use agents) said we can go it alone as the hardest part is finding tenants.

I'm still tempted to go for the easy route of using an agent even though OH now has the time to manage (he's retired).

LAs have different levels of service. One level is simply tenant finding. But yes, you can do it yourself if you know what you're doing.

However, if you are planning on doing it alone you would definitely be well advised to join a LL's association. You'll probably also get discounted tenant credit / reference checking service and the fee is tax deductible.

Arguably the inventory is more important than the TA.....
