Home-tek delivery

Hi all, after a bit of advice before we ring home-tek tomorrow. We ordered a travel iron from them on Saturday for 29.99 plus £8 delivery charge and it came today and was left with a neighbour. When the box was opened there was a note saying item is out of stock but we've sent you this same spec iron in another brand. Now we were never asked if we wanted this we were just sent it and have found the iron they sent us for half of the price, they have not offere to or refunded the difference. Do we have any rights to get a full refund inc. postage and return as if they had contacted us we would have said we don't want it! Please help! Thanks

Yes. Sale Of Goods Act. Goods must be As Described. They have sent you something you did not order. Insist they collect the unwanted item and refund you in full.
