Leaking radiator?

Hi everyone,
In the process of buying a flat (yippee) but the homebuyers survey has said that there is a leaking radiator that has rotten the floorboard (I believe only one) beneath the radiator.
I know this is a VERY broad question, but is there anyone that has a rough idea of how much this might cost, even if your answer is 'somewhere between 50-5000' it would be very useful!

assuming a new average sized single rad and valves plus re commissioning the system - anything more than £400 is to much.0
