Feedback on insurance providers

Hi,

Just going for my renewal and did a search on the usual comparison websites. My top 2 (i.e. cheapest and by £50) are 'One call insurance' and 'rescue my car .com'.

Has anyone got experience with these? I have seen one call have very bad feedback but can't find much about rescue my car and wonder if anyone would car to share positives or negatives.

Thanks

Andrew

Have you tried Direct Line recently, I was very surprised when they were cheapest by far. Also go through Quidco for £30-£80 (sometimes) cashback.

One call have some bad reports, never heard of rescuemycar.
If it's down to cost, the cheapest are cheap because they leave out what they can. The middle price band tend to be reasonable, the dearest just make excess profits.
If you are 17, and can save a few hundred, my view is as long as you just want the piece of paper, and never want to make a claim for yourself, go for it. If it's just saving a few pounds I take the middle priced ones, as I would use them to claim from if I needed to.
