    No.

Or at least, no more than the sterling equivalent at the Visa or Mastercard exchange rate.

    Many do, however.

So not all CC companies charge but most do. Is there an easy way of finding out the ones that don't charge or is it a case of checking each company out?

    Thanks

Click on the travel/motoring tab at the top of the page and there's a list of specialist cards for use abroad. Sorry I can't post a link yet. I've personally just got the Halifax Clarity CC which is one of the top picks. There are no fees for purchases or cash withdrawals though they still charge interest from the day you withdraw cash. They also didn't give me the 12.9% interest rate either so I'm going to avoid using this card for ATM withdrawals if I can.

    Hope this helps.

The best are the Metro Bank CC and the Halifax Clarity.
The others are good only for purchases.
They include SAGA, Post Office, Aqua Reward...

Also if your credit is not good enough the N&P debit card and the Metro debit card (If In London) are also foreign exchange fee free.
