Unfortunately the boots are fit for purpose, they just don't suit your feet. This means the shop isn't legally obliged to do anything. Maybe ebay them ?

    Thicker socks.

Sorry, but I dont believe in this 'shoes' breaking in'
If you buy shoes, they should feel comfortable straight away.
I don't think you can do anything really because they are not faulty.

Do you feel they are too hard, soft, too large, too small

  • They are my correct size but they are like a pastic boot and should mould slightly to the shape of your foot. But i just keep getting blister after blister and they are not getting better.

So, if you are getting blisters, they are rubbing, which means they are slightly too big.

Like I say, try some thicker socks or an extra pair of those little ankle socks under your football socks.

If that doesnt work, it's ebay time...........

You obviously never wore old army boots in your time............they would make you weep until they were broken in.

Now the German Army used to use urea to break their boots in, OP you could give that a try?
