This company is the absolute pits in customer service, you have my sympathy!!! I am still waiting for an email or phone call about my complaint..............spoke to a team leader on the phone and she handed the call back to the advisor, useless!!!!Sam B0 -
You could try putting a complaint on Facebook. They don't tend to like negative comments and try and rectify things straight away, either that or delete them.

OMG! I was trying to work out how you knew which company the op was talking about. I thought they meant absolutely shocking customer service rather than Very: shocking customer service. Ha ha.0 -

thanks! <insert embarassed face here> you've just solved 3 days of wondering for me as well!:rotfl:0 -
Very are without a doubt the worst company I've ever dealt with - and it's bizarre, because they're run by Shop Direct so should be the same customer service as Littlewoods (who've been nothing but helpful). In my experience the best thing to do is send a formal complaint by recorded delivery (really important to do it in the post), and include copies of all past correspondence with them.0

Hmm, yes, punctuation is always helpful!
What's that example?
