im at the risk of been made redundant next week. if i sign on the dole do they help you get back to work by putting you on courses, because i see the are alot of hgv driver jobs and i was always interested in doing it, would the subsdise or help me paying for it?

Speak to your local JCP or FE College, the funding is likely to have started about now so is very new. it does reflect previous funding where driving licences were not funded but HGV (potentially) is.
