part of order not delivered

I ordered a buggy and car seat as a combined package from a major online baby retailer 4 weeks ago. I paid using MasterCard.
The item was showing as 'in stock' and that it would be delivered direct from the manufacturer. The website states as part of its general terms that delivery takes 3-5 days.
Last week I received the buggy (after 3 weeks) but no car seat. I contacted the retailer who said to let them know if I still hadn't received the car seat by the end of last week. I e mailed them again on Saturday saying that I was getting anxious as I could give birth any day now and could they please contact the manufacturer to find out when the car seat will be delivered. I've not heard from them since, and now don't know what to do.
any advice from anyone please?

First question to ask the retailer is 'if it was "in stock" then why did it come from the manufacture?' This implies that the retailer did not have stock. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

They are clearly drop shipping. This is becoming all too common online nowadays as it is so much easier to set up an Ecommerce website.
If they are ignoring your Emails, phone them up and don't take no for an answer. I'm going to take a wild guess that there is no phone number on their website, in which case your best bet is to contact your credit card company and ask them to issue a chargeback as the retailler has not delivered the goods.0
