Atos medical....how to arrange a home visit?

Hi!
I need to arrange a home medical for my sister.
She has an appointment on 30th August and there is no way I will be able to get her there as she's very unwell atm (MH issues).
How do I arrange one....just call Atos or does her psychiatrist/GP have to help?
We also have a proper diagnosis now and I have supporting evidence I can now give Atos that I didn't have when i sent off her ESA50.
Should I send more evidence to Atos now or wait till medical?

You have every right to ask for the assessment to be carried out at home. You will need to back this up with strong support from your sister's GP and/or psychiatrist. However, ATOS are not obliged to grant your request and, from what I have heard, seldom do so.0
