Insurance for Northern Ireland Users

Hi, guys, just wanted to post about car insurance for Northern Ireland users.
I’m a 22 year old male in NI and I’m sure you’ll understand insurance for someone in my shoes isn’t cheap.
However even though I haven’t had any accidents my old insurance company (is used a broker called Oakland) thought it best to actually increase my premium from the previous year, approx £700 in all (this is third party by the way).
Priced around a lot and best quotes I was getting were just below £700 even though I was trying to make the insurance companies play off each other.
However went onto http://www.quinn-direct.co.uk/ and got a quote for £438!
Their website also lets you play around with the details which in turn affects the price.
I was able to raise my level of cover from £4000 to £8000 (I’m paying for it, why shouldn’t I take it?) and put my fiancé on the insurance too for no additional cost.
Only problem now is Oakland are dragging their feet over sending me proof of my no claims discount!
Just wanted to let NI users know about Quinn!
Don’t know how they compare on the mainland but I hope this helps!
