Unpaid Item

Hi,
I have sold an item at the end of January (!), but have not received payment for the item yet. I have contacted the buyer lots of times but no response. I now feel that I have no other option than to report them to Ebay - only to find out today that you can only report an unpaid item up to 45 days after transaction. Any suggestions? I have tried to resolve the issue with the buyer without reporting them and what do I get for it? Now I can't even get my final fee back

sorry there isnt much else you can do . i would leave neg feedback to warn others if you havent already done so.
next time if they havent paid after 7days start a dispute
