1 & 1 Internet problem

Can anybody help please!
On the 3 of December I registered on 1&1 Internet site for trial period of 30 days which was advertised as free.

1. This web site does not have e-mail address prove reader. I made an error typing in my e-mail address and they did not check it. And also I have not received e-mail confirmation about setting account!

2. When I set up an account I tried to use an option to pay by credit card but the system did not allow to do this so there was not any other options and as a customer I was forced to set up Direct Debit.
3. To log in later I tried to use the name of site which I created
, but you changed it to different name and did not inform me, their technical support did not replay ( how could they if I provided wrong e-mail address, but other company do prove e-mail addresses ) . So I could not log in few times and decided that account was closed from their side.
4.But they still have taken money from my account without sending me invoice.

After they took money first time I have cancelled the DD an sent them e-mail? asking what it is for. The correspondence was very long and did not came to my satisfaction. Now they start to ask for second payment because in their T&C said if I did not cancel DD during first month I automatically signed a 1 year contract with them.
I called them and women on other end look through our correspondence and said that I still have to pay because my site used their space.

My point - I do not have e-mail confirmation about account and I could not use thir service and there is nothing for what I have to pay!

Any advice what to do in this situation will be very welcome!
