Replacing the USB cable on my mouse

Does anyone know where I would be able to get a replacement usb cable for my mouse with the following internal connector (with the wires in the same order);

The mouse is out of warranty and it isn't made anymore so Logitech aren't offering any help.

I couldn't solder to save my life so a DIY job is out of the question.

    I think you will struggle unless you can do it yourself by buying a cheap USB cable and fitting the connector yourself. One possibility is to buy another Logitech mouse and hope that they are still using the same connector. I would check for you but all my Logitech mice are wireless

    Is there something special about the mouse that you need to keep that one rather than buy a new one.

    I had a beautiful Logitec wireless mouse where the USB receiver went on the blink. Complained to Logtec about non availability of replacements and got a brand new later model instead. Not quite as good as the original but as it was a failure of parts availability I was content.

    thats a pretty standard connector,the wire colours for usb are almost universal, I would gamble on buying a cheap mouse you may find them the same.
    Whats the prolem with the original wire, I assume you have snapped it or something?
    just seen your last post, glad you got it sorted.
