Any participant in the Swatch Lifestyle Magazine Voice Survey 2012 filling out the survey promoted by Swatch AG (“Swatch”) on https://www.swatch.com/thevoice may enter this promotion and take part in the free prize draw.
The survey is made available through a Survey-Tool posted on (http://a.pgtb.me/dc9D) Participants acknowledge and understand that this promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, and that they are providing their information to Swatch and not to Facebook.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. In the event of a dispute as to a participant’s identity, entries will be deemed made by the holder of the email account or street address associated with the entry.
Participants must be over 18 years of age. Proof of age will be required to claim a prize. Swatch shall in its sole discretion determine whether a participant has sufficiently proven his/her age.
Employees of Swatch, of any of Swatch’s affiliates and of commissioned agents, as well as all persons living in the same household with such employees, are not eligible to enter this promotion.
The closing date for entries is October 1st, 2012 at midnight Central European Time.
Out of all eligible entries, 50 winners will be selected in a random drawing. The prize draw will take place on October 3rd, 2012.
The winners drawn at random will each win a random model out of the Swatch New Gent Laquered Collection.
Winners will be notified by email on October 3rd, 2012 and may be announced on the Swatch websites with their name and origin.
If a winner is unreachable or does not reply to the prize notification, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to another winning entrant.
The decisions of Swatch regarding this promotion and the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entitlement to a prize may not be transferred to any other person.
No cash alternative or alternative prizes are available. Swatch reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to substitute any prize with an item of equal value.
Winners are responsible for any taxes or levies due on prizes.
