Apply for a 0% for purchases card first because those are cheaper than balance transfer deals. Put all possible day to day spending on that card and use that money to repay the most expensive card. Overpay by £1 a month on all cards so the "minimum payment only" flag isn't reported to credit reference agencies; it can be taken as a sign of financial difficulty.

Contact each of your existing card companies with unused balance and ask if they have any balance transfer or life of balance deals available. Write those down and compare them to what you can get elsewhere.

NatWest and perhaps other RBS cards offers balance transfer offers that get better over time if you don't use the card, ending at 3% balance transfer fee for a year for existing customers.

It's completely fine and routine to transfer just part of the balance to another card, up to whatever the balance transfer limit on the destination card is.
