I am with a building society and I went to an Ulster Bank ATM. Everything seemed, pin, worked, no messages about insufficient funds. I told I wanted out 20. Its just the ATM didnt give it out. The card came back out and I tried taking out 20 again but said insufficient funds. I left but went back and two other people it…

Happens far more often than people would think.

If it has not dropped of her account after 48 hours. They should start the process to dispute it for her.
