How do I reply to this?

A buyer had not paid me or even made contact in 2 weeks. I got my FVF credit yesterday. I just got this email now:

right this is the score i didnt bid on your bands, i have signed on to ebay at a mates before and now his computer keeps skipping to my user name on ebay when he is bidding. the name of this person is "*******" and i belive he bidded on another lot of your bands? so can you plz remove the un-paid strike as i didnt even bid or intend to bid on those bands, many thanks Ryan

What am I suposed to say to him now? No payment was made and hence he has a non payment strike, there is nothing I can do is there?

Surely his friend would have had to put his password in to bid!
Even when I am logged in I have to put my password in again to allow me to bid or buy.
    :)
  • You can remove the unpaid item strike from the unpaid item console http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewDisputeConsole

View the particular dispute and there is an option to remove the strike, but you also lose the Final Value Fee credit for that item. Personally I'd have none of it, and would ignore the email.. it's not your problem.

His mate could not have bid using the buyers ID unless he had full access too the password. This is another of those excuses 'the computer did it all on its own'..yeah, right.

Leave the NPB strike, don't even consider getting it removed. You lost out because of this guy. it doesn't matter if you lost because he is lying to you or because he lets his mates use his id and then pretends they did it 'accidentally'.
