KGB Customer Service - Do They Exist?

Does anyone know how to contact KGB? I've tried both numbers I found here and both revert you back to the website and hang up. I've sent them a dozen emails to absolutely no avail. Do they actually have a customer service department?

Have excellent news here is the email of the CEO . **

Herre is my email to him

I cannot understand how you would damage your company to such an extent by not addressing customer's complaints. This is a foolish procedure and Companies can go up as well as down. I have now emailed several forums and "Which" all for the sake of £29. Your CS is unobtainable as found out by me and now hundreds of other people. You system is unfair. When you book a service and can't get hold of the service because the lines are blocked with so many people trying to book it sometimes takes longer than a week.

Also a business can't cope withe the clientele they have drummed up and so become rude over the phone, as was the case with me. I was not allowed to book and told to go elsewhere. I think that this demands a refund and I will continue to post every available avenue to this end . I did not receive he goods and therefore am entitled to a refund. Will my unused voucher just fill your coffers?

Wahanda and Groupon have excellent Customer Service and there is never a problem with a genuine complaint. They are easy to get hold of and have accessible telephone numbers. You are hiding behind your unobtainable Customer Service and think this is a way to make the problem go away. My deal is 5SUPJ.
    HOPE THIS HEELPS

Surely it's the FSB in these modern times - can't imagine their customer service is a whole heap better though ;-)

On a more serious note, I'd suggest a *real letter* by registered post giving them 14 days to refund or you will start small claims action. Title it 'letter before action', search the web for example letters. Basically "you have my money, you don't seem to want to talk about giving it back, so it's off to the courts sonny"
