British Gas £5 back for bills on-line
Just over a year ago I switched to paperless billing by getting my bills on-line for which British Gas said I would be credited with £5 per utility after a year.
A year has passed and my £5 was not credited so I e-mailed them. They apologised and said it would be credited shortly.
This is just a reminder to anyone who has not had this credited automatically to contact British Gas to claim it.
