Failed ESA tribunal now what?

Want go into much detail but needless to say I had my ESA tribunal which was dismissed despite trying to point out with fibromyalgia I have no idea how I'll feel each day. Any way due to my ESA being contribution based over the year I've been told that I've not contributed enough to earn JSA (something to do with not working since 2004).
Was told by welfare rights that if contact tax office our working tax credits should go up (i have a wife and daughter).
I'm unsure how this'll work. Aren't they worked out year in advance?
Just wondering what to do know.

You 12/13 tax credit award can be changed if your annual income this year will be at least £2500 less than last year's income:

I'm assuming that you know you won't qualify for income based JSA due to your wife's income? You should still consider claiming JSA (even if not entitled to payments) if you might need to protect your NI record for your pension. If you're not sure you can get a pension forecast here:

You could also consider a claim for Disability Living Allowance if you aren't already getting this and think you satisfy the requirements re care and mobility needs:

Hi thanks for the reply. I am claiming DLA although it's up for renewal early next year so god knows what will happen then.
Somebody mentioned with my illness working from home. Do any firms still employ people to work from home? Something I could do part time until I am emotionally and physically ready to go full time.0 -
There are jobs working from home, but i've found they really only go to established, existing employees.
I'd love one myself but have totally failed to find anything to apply for even.
They certainly aren't as common as people make out
There have been replies on your other thread so do check that out.0 -
If it is more than 6 months since the DWP decision that you failed the WCA then you could re-apply for ESA... however the contributions/income related ESA situation is one to explore... perhaps others can better advise."Do not attribute to conspiracy what can adequately be explained by incompetence" - rogerblack0

If you wanted to claim again after 6 months (from original disallowance date, i.e when the appeal started)......
You would only get ESA IR, and only then if your wife was working less than 24 hours per week and you both have savings of less than £16,000.
If you were not entitled to ESA IR you would get your NI credits paid (and this would probably also apply if claiming within 6 months.)
You could appeal the appeal but you won't get paid.
Or you could claim JSA NI credits only.0
