Can someone help me please?
I urgently need the Contact details of Paul Evans, chief executive of lowcostholidays. Email address if possible.

We are due to go on holiday next Monday to Ibiza.
We booked a nice quiet hotel in Portinax for Grandma, daughter and son aged 3 years.

I received an email this morning saying our original hotel was overbooked so we have been moved to an 18-30's hotel in San antonio!!

Totally unsuitable for us.


Any help would be really appreciated.

Which hotel is it in Portinax, as my friends went to one in may and they were double booked then. Are you sure this hotel is an 18-30s as usually kids can't stay in these.

The hotel is
Riviera Hotel San Antonio Bay
Al;l the reveiws complain about noise from young party goers.

My daughter was seriously assulted back in January and I am trying to rebuild her confidence. Large group like this would really freak her out at the moment.

The original hotel was the vista bahia

You will have to contact customer services for something like that.
But seriously, you will never get to speak to Paul Evans, he's the CEO!!
You don't just casually get the CEO's details.
Wish I could help more, but definitely call up the company you booked it with

Did you contact customer service BEFORE going straight to the numero uno ?, or did you just go straight to chief exec ?
