Help with holiday!

Hi

Me the wife and our baby are looking to book a holiday to go away first week in September.

Here are the musts -

Sun
Pool (private or shared)
apartment / villa (so the baby can sleep in the afternoon)
nice marina / sea front
non touristy
no further than 3 hours flight
no more than £400 for the week (not including flights)

I've been looking for the last 3 hours and have so much choice but dont know where to go!

I hope that is £400 per person, because you won't be going far if that is shared between the 3 of you.
Check out cancellation offers, they tend to have a few for 2 adults and 1 child.
Spain is always a winner in my eyes, but don't go near the balearic islands with a baby!!
