Dla phone call

Hi. I have recieved a missed call thursday 9pm. Missed the call so i returned call on ffriday. Woman was really nice to me and asked if i have been venturing far from the house since the claim. I said no so she said thank you and that was it.

Is this normal? Sooo frustrating on week 11 at the mo and found it a bit weired...

    Yes, decisionmakers can decide to call you, and get more information.
    If only they'd do this more!
    It at least means that they think it's arguable you should get benefit, and they can't turn you down flat on the basis of the evidence you sent in.
    Hopefully a decision soon!

    Brilliant. Was not sure if this was the case as the call was late at night. Did not mind because it was the DWP. I have never been called by them in the night. Thank you for the reply

    A) To be honest our phone was on quiet so i did miss the call

    B) They can check up when they want. We are always home lol

    C)I will remember that for future use. Thank you

    D)True did not think of that.

    E)Lol would get turned down if that was me.
