in Credit cards
Hey folks.
The wife topped up some bingo thing using our (well mine) paypal account. However, instead of coming off the registered debit card, it came off the credit card.
Now the amounts were £5 x2 payments.
Firstly i had to pay £2.99 x2 payments for "like cash transaction" but now they have reported to my credit file that i took two cash advances out in one month.... arrhhhhh
Now, the card is paid in full each month and cant be bothered to fight over £6, but will these "cash advances" hurt me going forward for further credit?

if you keep doing them yes, but otherwise noDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

It's not a case of fighting over £6. It's a fair and just charge for using a service they provide.
Two cash withdrawals will have a negligible impact. Regular cash advances will be to your detriment as it sends a message of desperation.
You've nothing to worry about !0
