Just come back from Iceland in Bishop Auckland and they had loads of offers - Chicken Vindaloo £1 (plus other takeaway meals), Whiskas Cat food 20p per tin, Go Cat cat food 20p per tin, Ernst & Julio white wine £2 a bottle, Hellmans mayo 50p, and loads more. Offer was on in Bedfordshire, it was like a supermarket sweep in there!!0

My local also had the wine.......................but at £3 per bottle! Put 2 through the checkout, but they came up with no discount, so I had them taken off at the end of the bill

Spoke to the cashier at my local Iceland today, they have been bought over by a foreign company and the stuff they are selling off are things they will no longer be stocking. the co that has bought them over sells things cheap rather than doing BOGOF deals.0

I've just been up for more but this time yes up at £3.00 and no discount BUT...........................all the sale stuff was getting reduced even further, and i mean BIG reductions, got 4pk Tuna steaks £1.99 for 30p, san margio??? pizzas £2.49 for 50p, the guy had only just begun putting on the new discount prices, so i'll give him an hour and pop back up!!!0 -
Sorry for being slightly OT but is anyone else having problems accessing Iceland's website?
It has never previously worked in Firefox but now it allows you to log in and view the aisles but it won't display the lists of products and if I try to open in IE it says Access is Forbidden :eek:"An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"
