I have a package of TV, Internet and Telephone. I have had numerous problems with the internet and have had 3 visits in the last 30 days. This enables me to be released from the contract as per their terms and conditions.
The problem is that they are saying they will only release me from the internet aspect of the package and would require a cancellation fee for the other services. To keep the TV and Telephone would increase my price due to the 3 being discounted as part the bundle.
I want rid of all three and was informed by a previous call taker that they would release me from the whole package.
Has anybody got any advise around this?

ask them to listen to the call?
must admit, I had two outages in a month, total 4 days loss of internet resulted in a 25% refund on my package price...
I can see where they are coming from in regards to only stopping the services that they failed to provide, but I wonder how it would work when pushed as we don't sign individual contracts for each service, just one....0 -
I have had no pictures for a hile on mine, on just got the refunds fro both months back. Last complaint I raised was on the 22nd July and only got called last Friday.
One thing that does get on my nerves is tehy wont apply the refunds to the current bill but always next months bill, its like they so desperately need your cash0
