in Credit cards
Hi there, we have accumilated 4 cards through refurbs and covering maternity, 2 are on interest only till December this year and Dec 2013 the other 2 are at 11% and 15% I'm stuck as to which one i should concentrate on paying off first? they all have about 4000 to 8000 on them. Should I go for the 0% interest to pay them off quicker or do I go with the higest interest first?? We aren't using any of them any more so nothing will be added to any. Any suggestions my mind is a muddle!! Many THanks

pay as much as possible on the card with the highest APR as this way you reduce the interest you pay and so clear the debt off more quickly.
always best to pay a litttle more than the minimum on the others however, as teh credit agencies show whether you are only payinmg the minimum.
use the snowball calculator for fine details
