Best time for Caribbean/Bermuda?

Hi All,
Looking to go to the caribbean or bermuda to get married next year. Was hoping somebody would be able to tell me the best time to go when its not high season? We are looking for a cost-effective "shoulder season" so that family will hopefully be able to join us.
Any ideas what dates i should be looking at? We were looking at late sept/oct but now thinking may/june?
Thanks in advance!

I don't know about Bermuda but weather in the Caribbean May/June will be the start of the rainy season, although it's wetter come July onwards until late September.
When I say 'rainy', you will likely see a short, sharp shower for maybe 10 or 15 minutes, or possibly a day or two with showers on and off, I've been to Barbados & Cancun in May, July & August and have experienced as I've described above. The amount of rain should not put you off visiting at these times, the cost should be a little lower than other, drier times of the year, which might make the difference as to be affordable or not.0 -
The Caribbean temperature is fairly consistent around 28-31 C most of the year, its the humidity that kills you which is highest between July and September. For that reason coupled with the fact that it is the hurricane season I would avoid.
January to March is generally the high season.
The best economic choice with lower humidity is October to December, avoiding Xmas and New Year rip-off periods.
